This year’s recipients are:
- A Place to Turn – $1,000 for personal care/health items for families
- Access Framingham – $1,000 for scholarships for summer TV Camp
- Amazing Things Art Center – $1,500 for the upgrade of the sound and video systems
- Barbieri Elementary School PTO – $500 for the 10th Annual Author’s Day
- Danforth Museum of Art – $1,000 for free tours to adult ESL families
- Framingham Community Theater – $740 for a Civil War historical play
- Framingham History Center – $1,500 for a Civil War teacher workshop
- Framingham Housing Authority – $2,500 for educational resource materials
- Jeff’s Place – $1,400 for a bereavement support group
- Leadership MetroWest – $1,295 for a scholarship to the MetroWest Leadership Academy
- Learning Center for the Deaf – $1,500 for ASL instruction for first responders
- Mazie Mentoring Program – $1,000 to oversee the mentoring programs
- Open Spirit – $1,500 to teach mindfulness practices to teachers and 4th graders
- Performing Arts Center of MetroWest – $1,500 for student scholarships
- Programs for People – $2,000 for programs supporting adults recovering from mental illness
- Resiliency for Life – $1,000 for a math tutoring program
- VAC MetroWest – $2,000 for acupuncture treatments for veterans and first responders
