The purpose of these grants is to support projects which enhance the civic, educational, recreational, cultural and/or benevolent interests of Framingham and its people. You do not need to be a 501(c)(3) in order to apply. However, you will need to demonstrate evidence of a charitable purpose in order to be considered.
We will be distributing up to $25,000 total in this grant cycle, subject to the discretion of Impact Framingham. The average grant awarded through our grant cycles is typically $1,300, with individual grants ranging from $500 to $3,000.
Application Instructions & Deadline
To apply for an Impact Framingham grant, please download and fill out our Impact Framingham Application 2018 grant application (PDF) and return via email to impact@impactframingham.org.
Impact Framingham accepts online applications only. You must email the following information to impact@impactframingham.org to be considered:
- Fully completed application
- Project budget
- Organization’s operational budget
- IRS determination letter
- Most recent audited financial statements or IRS form 990
- Impact statement (last year’s recipients only)
The application can be downloaded and filled in. Applications must be in either PDF or Word format. Your entire packet of information should be submitted to us electronically (with your organization or project name in the subject line) no later than March 11, 2018 at 5:00 PM. We anticipate that grant recipients will be notified of funding decisions during the week of April 8, 2019.
Impact Statement
All projects must be completed within one year of the award date, at which time an impact statement is required. The impact statement should include how the funding was spent, the outcome of the project, the impact on the Framingham community, and be accompanied with related photos.
If you are a previous grantee, an impact statement is required in order to be considered for additional funding.
